It has been a slow summer for many fitness trainers out there.
It seems as if people just give up once swim suit season is here.
Sad, it really is sad.

If only I was in California, I would totally come to you for my fitness training. But you are right, the Olympics were a major distraction for a lot of people. I mean, why work out when you can watch other people do it?
